The APLN is a non-profit association bringing together the owners and residents of Lake Nick since September 1995. Its objectives are:

-Defend the rights and interests of all members;
-Promote the protection of Lake Nick and its watershed;
-Communicate with members and inform them of any relevant subject;
-Organize and support social events contributing to the improvement of social life.
