Eastman is a picturesque village situated on the west side of Mount Orford National Park. It has many lakes on its territory (d'Argent, Orford, Parker, Stukely) and is traversed by the Missisquoi River. Well known for its antique shops, theater, restaurants and SPA. It is an ideal location, easily accessible by A-10, exit 106. Only 1hr from Montreal, in proximity of Bromont, Orford, Magog and Lake Memphremagog, 30 min from Sherbrooke.

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS.

- The building is part of the Domaine des Étoiles, annual fee of $100 ($34 for lot not built), ecological charter and restrictions of use, as well as regulations relating to the common ground of the Domaine des Étoiles at the water's edge (lot 2 235 640); access to the beach, kayak support and boat descent (for the owners of the estate). - One-twelfth (1/12) fee for lot 2 235 642 and dock fee (Group of 12).
