The des Nations borough was born in 2017 with the merger of the Jacques-Cartier and Mont-Bellevue boroughs. Today, the des Nations borough has more than 68,111 citizens of the great city of Sherbrooke, or more than 41% of the population of Sherbrooke! This makes it the most populous borough of Sherbrooke, while its area represents only 16% of the territory.
