Georgeville is situated in the Township of Stanstead on the banks of Lake Memphremagog. Well situated it maintains a distinctive traditional character. The Federal Dock on Lake Memphrémagog with public access, historic auberge McGowan, St. Georges anglican Church (1866), quaint Greek Revival Style residences and community hall make Georgeville one of the most charming villages in Quebec.
A panoramic route takes you past the small village of Fitch Bay, well hidden below Bunker Hills, Narrows Road and Fitch Bay on Lake Memphremagog (Marina and Boat Launch). En route, many of the best local flavours of the Eastern Townships are offered such as Keet-Bairds smoked fish, Béret Rouge fine groceries, Marché Gaudreau-SAQ.

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS.

- The main house has 2 sewage fields and 2 septic tanks at each end of the house. The garage (with loft) has its own septic tank that drains into one of the sewage fields of the main residence.

- Possibility of continuing the rental of a dock at the village marina.

- The municipality only authorizes short term rental of +31 days.
