The garage has been converted into a stable. It is therefore not possible to park a vehicle there at the moment. The buyer could, however, restore its purpose by removing the divisions that were made inside and adding the rail for the garage door.

The stable is designed to accommodate 2 horses and includes a "tasterie" and a saddle room.
