- The preliminary plan of the new subdivision that will be prepared by the surveyor will need to be approved by the BUYER before the SELLER proceeds with the final cadastral plan request.

- The seller will not supply a certificate of location for this vacant lot.

- If the lot size differs from 7 225 square meters (77 771 square feet) following the plan prepared by the surveyor, the sale price will be adjusted at a prorated based on the sale price.

- Deed of sale will take place within 10 days after receiving the final cadastral plan.
