Entrepreneurship has always been part of our family. Long before real estate became our profession, we already shared the desire to understand our projects, make informed decisions and build something of our own.

Our journey into real estate actually began through our own projects. Initially, the goal was straightforward: we wanted the knowledge and ability to sell our own land and manage our real estate investments ourselves. What began as an entrepreneurial need soon developed into a genuine passion.

For the past 10 years, Josianne has built her career as a real estate broker, developing extensive market experience and a reputation for providing attentive, personal service. Her work and dedication have also earned her professional recognition over the years. Beyond those achievements, however, it is the relationships she has built and the trust families place in her that give the profession its true meaning.

Today, a new chapter begins with Eliott becoming a real estate broker. His arrival creates a natural continuation of the family’s entrepreneurial story and the opportunity to build a true family real estate business. Two generations now share the same philosophy: approach every project with care and honesty, and never treat a decision as important as buying or selling a home as just another transaction.

We know that a property represents far more than its market value. It can be a home, a major financial commitment, a fresh start and the place where a family will create years of memories.
